Anderson Development Company is seeking a Urethane Sales Associate for our Adrian, MI facility. Anderson Development Company is a innovative specialty chemical manufacturer, whose materials are used to protect the car you drive, to allow the machinery you use to last longer and to enable the major semiconductor companies to produce their cutting edge chips for your cell phone or computer. Responsibilities: Responsible for direct sales for house Urethane accounts. Responsible for supporting the remote sales team as well as the Customer Service team as needed to increase efficiency of the overall Urethane business. Conduct market research to provide opportunities for sales and R&D activities to expand Anderson Development Company's profitable business base.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills: High School diploma or General Education degree (GED). B.A./B.S. in sales, marketing or technical field preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in sales & marketing or customer technical support, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate professionally at all times with a diverse customer base via email, phone, etc. Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Self-motivated, team player with the ability to solve problems. Basic economic analysis skills. Strong computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus. Travel to visit customers as needed. Anderson Development Company offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
