Payroll Coordinator
Baptist Retirement Homes of North Carolina, Incorporated (BRH) is seeking a Payroll Coordinator in its Corporate Office. This position reports directly to the CFO. Job duties will include preparing bi-weekly payroll for approximately four hundred employees, payroll reporting, timekeeper system entry, benefits processing, accounts payable assistance, daily deposits, accounting schedules, administrative and philanthropy support.
Applicant must have at least three years of experience processing payroll. Time clock software, Microsoft excel and accounting software knowledge is preferred. The candidate must have excellent customer service, written, organizational and verbal communication skills. Two years of college accounting course work is preferred.
