Progressive private medical practice seeks a skilled administrative support candidate to join our small office team. Duties include preparation of rule-based work schedules, excel spreadsheets, invoice preparation, use of specialized software programs, courier stops to office and hospital, answering phones and servicing customers and physicians, and back-up of our office manager. Healthcare background preferred, 5 years experience, comfort with MS office products and web-based applications. Requires high attention to detail, professional demeanor and team support.
