Bellingham Technical College, Bellingham Washington, is recruiting for a full-time position as Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents (ABAWD) Navigator. This person will create a single point of contact for immediate engagement of program participants in activities that matter and fulfill the work requirement for Basic Food eligibility. This includes providing intake, assessment, referrals and support in accessing activities at community colleges or with other community partners. The Navigator will also work to enhance collaborations with community partners and increase resources for colleges to support low-income students. This is a temporary grant funded position, and dependent upon project funding.
Requires minimum of Associates degree from an accredited institution; two years of experience in case management, academic/career or counseling; OR
a combination of experience and training that provides the applicant the knowledge and skills to perform the job will be considered.
