Welding Instructor
Bellingham Technical College is recruiting for a full-time Tenure Track Welding Instructor to begin September, 2018. Instructors are responsible to plan, teach, and manage student learning in all assigned portions of the program including classroom and lab according to approved course study, state guidelines, program accreditation standards, and advisory committee recommendations. Teach steel and aluminum welding and fabrication techniques including SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding), GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), and SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) processes; Must be experience in all phases of manual and semiautomatic welding processes, and common Fabrication principles; emphasis in pipe welding.
