Workforce Funding Coordinator
Bellingham Technical College invites applications for the following full-time, specially funded professional leadership position of Workforce Funding Coordinator. It is FLSA exempt from overtime, is not represented, and is at-will. The position reports to the Director of Workforce Funding and Student Support. This position is funded from grant funds. Although it is expected to continue into the next fiscal year, July 1, 2018, grant funded positions are temporary, dependent upon project funding, and can end at any time funding is discontinued.
This position will provide leadership, advising, and support services to students receiving Worker Retraining, Basic Food Employment & Training (BFET), WorkFirst, and Opportunity Grant funds. Responsible for ensuring accountability of funds, tracking outcomes, monitoring budgets and meeting reporting requirements for assigned funding programs.
Salary is $4,012 per month, plus full benefits package including health, dental, life and long term insurances, retirement and leave package.
