Est. 1933 General Description: This is a full-time position based at the Poteau campus. The general purpose of this position is to promote Carl Albert State College and its activities through developing mutually beneficial relationships with the community, media, general public. Inform & make the public aware of the role Carl Albert State College plays in the educational, economic, and social well-being of the community.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities: MS Office; Photoshop; Social Media Development/Management; Website Editing; Knowledge of Video and Photography; Graphic Design preferred.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 pounds, use close vision and color vision; ability to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear; ability to handle computers, video and film cameras
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience; full benefit package offered, which includes the following leave sick, vacation, holidays. Employer paid medical, dental, life and retirement.
