Assistant City Manager
The City of Oxford, Ohio with a population of 22,000 and the home of Miami University, is accepting resumes for the position of Assistant City Manager.
This is a new position with the City and under the general direction of the City Manager. The position serves as the Human Resource Director and performs other administrative duties including coordinating public information and communication, serving as liaison on several boards and commissions, serving as Acting City Manager in the Manager's absence, and other administrative duties as assigned by the City Manager.
Minimum Requirements: BA from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in public administration, human resources, or related field. A master's degree in public administration is preferred. Four years of relevant experience plus a valid state driver's license.
Starting salary range: $75,000 to $103,000 Depending on qualifications with excellent benefit package.
