Executive Director of Graduate Programs

The Scott College of Business at Indiana State University (ISU) invites applications for the position of Executive Director of Graduate Programs. The individual will report directly to the Dean and serve as a member of the college leadership team. This is a full-time 12-month administrative appointment required to teach (1/1) at the graduate or undergraduate level while maintaining accreditation qualifications. The successful candidate must possess an MBA or related master’s degree in business. The Executive Director of Graduate Programs is expected to work collaboratively within the college and across the university to advance the mission, goals, and strategic initiatives of the college. We seek a passionate student-focused colleague that values high-impact recruiting, diversity, and a willingness to actively engage with the business community.

Required Qualifications

  • Earned master’s degree in business administration or related business degree.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Experience collecting, summarizing, and evaluating data to drive program decision-making.
