The Division of Student Affairs at James Madison University (JMU) welcomes applications for a unique to JMU staff cohort hire. This hire will consist of four student-facing positions. Positions hired in this cohort will be housed within the Office of Residence Life/Conference Services, the University Career Center, and Office of Orientation and Transition, and Student Life. You will have the opportunity to apply for a single position within the cohort or apply for multiple roles.

Experience managing student staff or volunteers
Commitment to student development
Record of commitment to inclusiveness
Experience utilizing data to drive decision-making
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate with a variety of constituents
Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years relevant experience
