Opportunity Provide leadership for Kent State University Varsity Esports team at Kent State campus. Administer and promote programs within the university’s mission, including the recruitment and retention of student players. Reports to Esports Project Manager or other designated supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one year of progressively responsible experience coaching high school, collegiate, and/or professional athletic Esports teams.

–OR–

Associate degree and two years of progressively responsible experience coaching high school, collegiate, and/or professional athletic Esports teams.

–OR–

High School diploma with four or more years of progressively responsible experience coaching high school, collegiate, and/or professional athletic Esports teams.

Must be able to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
