Manages overall business administration processes. Manages local and regional administrative staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversees all business administration processes for LTI, Inc.
Leads effort to establish administrative policies and procedures consistent with company guidelines throughout regions. Coordinates automation in business processes.
Manages LTI, Inc. regional office staff to ensure deadlines and requirements are met according to Lynden standards while promoting teamwork among LTI, Inc. administrative staff and operations.
Understands and establishes best practices where process deficiencies exist.
Prepares accounting journal entries, performs financial statement review and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Performs complex analytical review of managerial reports and communicates variances to management.
Oversee fuel and mileage reporting processes including government compliance and tax reporting.
Manages and is responsible for LTI, Inc. payroll process to include hands on work and overseeing regional office operational functions.
Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
Travel between regions is required.
