Held at our Harrisburg office, 1200 N 7th St from 1:30pm - 3:30 pm
Job Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- This position will support a federal government contract. Applicants must be able to obtain Public Trust security clearance as required of federal government contractors to include a background check conducted by the U.S. Government to determine eligibility and suitability for federal contract employment for public trust or sensitive positions. For this level of clearance, the federal government requires applicants to possess U.S. citizenship.
Employee Benefits
Employees working a shift beginning 11:30 a.m. or later will earn an additional $1.00/hour. Our Call Center Representatives earn regular pay increases!
Candidates working an average of 30 hours per week (1560 hours per year) are offered our medical benefit program which is the Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund (PEBTF) Bronze Plan. Candidates are eligible for tuition reimbursement with nine months of service, paid holidays, and after working 750 hours, will earn vacation and sick leave.
