Perform routine and non-routine secretarial and admin duties for Executive Director. Prepare Commission Agenda and participate in Commission Meetings, take minutes and read motions. Must have at least 5 yrs exp in executive level admin support. Excellent computer, organizational and communication skills rqd. Must maintain strict confidentiality.
