Health Data Technician – Early Learning
PSESD seeks a Health Data Technician to support Data Services in the Early Learning Program. This position will provide leadership in the development and maintenance of Health Services data collection and reporting processes.
The Health Data Technician will help develop and maintain several data systems that include child-, family-, staff, and program-level data. This position will support accurate and high-quality data collection and reporting processes. The Health Data Technician will provide leadership in the Early Learning Health enrollment process, managing data flow across a large multi-provider, multi-site program.
PSESD is a multi-cultural, anti-racist organization and is one of nine regional educational agencies serving school districts and state-approved private schools in Washington. Educational Service Districts, created by the legislature, are an essential regional delivery system for early learning and k-12 services in the state.
Qualifications
- AA/Vocational degree in related field and experience working with relational databases (ie maintain data integrity, finding and correction data errors and omissions), custom queries, and reporting (HS diploma or GED and progressively responsible job-related experience may substitute for AA/Vocational degree).
- Experience providing group and individual training on data systems use.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing databases and reporting in an education or social service setting.
- Experience with ChildPlus database.
- Previous Head Start, Early Head Start, and/or ECEAP experience.
Schedule: Full Time, year ‘round.
Salary (Salary Grade D): $51,262 -$59,448/year. Salary offers consider candidate qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
