Director of Institutional Research
Director of Institutional Research Saint Mary’s College seeks a Director of Institutional Research to provide vision and leadership to institutional research strategies. This position leads and develops a team responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall quality of work of the Office of Institutional Research and is responsible for extracting, analyzing, reporting, and disseminating information on the College’s operational data and its role in state and national higher education. This position is also responsible for providing a central repository for all accreditation reports, data, and documentation. Reporting to the President, the IR Director plays a major role in policy-formation and strategic planning at the College, presenting, interpreting, and disseminating information to appropriate internal and external constituencies and bears primary responsibility for compliance with state, federal, accrediting body and other critical accountability mandates. This is a full-time, exempt level position.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in statistics, public policy, social science, higher education, or a closely related applicable field is required along with a minimum of 5 years of experience designing, conducting, interpreting, reporting, and explaining data analysis.
