Qualified candidate will have responsibility for leading the branch to success through the development of branch staff, achievement of sales goals, and delivery of all financial services provided by Skagit Bank. Maintain and develop business relationships for the community. Has overall responsibility for all branch operations. Ensures that the branch delivers quality customer service which includes opening accounts, providing customers with accurate information, and resolving banking problems for customers. Consumer, mortgage, and small business lending responsibilities. The position requires BA or BS in related field or comparable combination of experience and education. 5-7 years prior banking experience, including management, consumer lending, mortgage lending, and small business lending experience preferred. Knowledge and understanding of banking rules, regulations, laws and all policies and procedures pertaining to them including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act. Willingness to be involved in community related activities. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Confident in multi-tasking and a strong team player.
