is seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Assistant position
Strong communication and computer skills necessary. Google, Word, Excel preferred.
Ability to learn multiple databases/software
Associates degree in related field preferred
Duties include but not limited to:
Supporting/Assisting team members
Clerical tasks
Maintaining reception area/
Security of building
Maintaining student/staff info - Confidentiality
Hours 7-3 Monday thru Friday
