Description of Duties
Full-time position available, with flexible work hours. Working with an experienced Business Intelligence team, this position includes the design cloud-based and on premise data warehouses, data cubes, PowerBI, business systems solutions, and user interfaces to deliver valuable information in a meaningful and useful way.
Compensation includes competitive wage, annual discretionary bonus, defined contribution retirement plan with additional company match and paid-time-off plan beginning at 31 days per year.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent experience required (MA preferred). 10+ years preferred experience in a related position. 5+ years of project management experience required, including experience managing teams of at least ten individuals and budgets exceeding $500,000. 5+ years of advanced experience with Microsoft SQL, Reporting Services (SSRS), Analysis Services (SSAS), and Integration Services (SSIS). Strong knowledge of ETL and Reporting Services best practices and optimization. Familiar with Kimball Methodology.
Proven ability with SQL Server, advanced SQL/TSQL, business intelligence interfaces, ERP systems design, and a demonstrated ability to work with staff to ensure the delivery of the best information available in a sustainable manner. Experience with Business Scorecard Manager, ProClarity, Cognos, or other Business Intelligence tools. Current MCTS or MCITP certification preferred.
