Marketing & Client Services Coordinator
We’re looking for a Marketing & Client Support Services Coordinator to join our team! VSH Certified Public Accountants is a full service accounting firm specializing in U.S./Canada cross-border and international taxation and consulting; state and local taxation; litigation support; business advisory services along with transition planning, and consulting.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Strong interpersonal skills and EQ as a collaborator and problem solver
Confident, proficient communicator, verbal and written
Degree or commensurate experience in communications, marketing, advertising, etc
Proactive planner, 3 steps ahead
Able to envision tactical steps, foresee obstacles before projects begin
Familiarity with public accounting and finance industries a bonus
Aptitude for learning and teaching software while developing processes – CRM proficiency preferred
High ethical standards
Job Duties
As Marketing Coordinator (40-50% of role)
Liaise with third party agency responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan and work
directly with our Leadership Team on project-specific details, acting as an extension of the agency
Set up, implement and administrate new CRM system in conjunction with IT Administrator
Perform budget and project status tracking and reporting
Assist with content development for business publication and client outreach
Make unaided tactical decisions aligned with project direction and core values
As Client Support Services Coordinator (50-60% of role)
Coordinate all aspects of our firm’s Business Segments and other Client Support Services functions
o Create and maintain documentation of procedures
o Schedule and coordinate group meetings
o Document, monitor, and coordinate action plans
Coordinate activities of Risk Management committee
Liaise between Client Support Services, the Business Segments and other administrative team members
