This new, full-time exempt position will play a unique and crucial role in serving Western Washington University's increasing cyber security needs. The Director will report to the CIO and also supervise the existing Information Security Manager position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Directing the University's information security program
- Managing the information security team
- Providing information security leadership
- Serving as security liaison
About the Department:
The Information Technology Services department encompasses three central areas (please see http://www.wwu.edu/vpit/). The Director of Information Security will help establish a fourth central area for ITS.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
