Cybersecurity Marketing, Communications & Web Coordinator: The marketing, communications and web site coordinator supports Whatcom Community College's (WCC's) cybersecurity grants leadership team in implementing communications, marketing and web-based activity (web sites and web-based events) for WCC's cybersecurity grant projects. The marketing, communications and web coordinator will support the goals and objectives of these projects to increase the quantity and quality of the cybersecurity workforce, educational programs and educational resources throughout the U.S. Reporting to the cybersecurity grants manager, the coordinator works closely with grant project leaders and staff to support marketing and communication needs for the projects via marketing materials, exhibit collateral and the web and social media; schedule and host online workshops; and support data collection, grant report writing and editing, and other grant activities as needed. Project Coordinator-ICATCH Grant: This position is is a full-time, administrative exempt position funded by the Innovations in Creating Access To Careers in Healthcare (I-CATCH) grant program. This grant program is a regional collaborative program with other community and technical colleges designed to address barriers of poverty that keep many individuals from pursuing quality training that results in a living wage healthcare profession. This position primarily coordinates WCC's I-CATCH program and supports the progress and completion of I-CATCH enrolled students in an educational pathway toward high demand healthcare careers in nursing, medical assisting and chemical dependency professional (CDP).
