Job Responsibilities: Duties include but not limited to:
- Serve as stage technician for internal and external conferences and events.
- Assist with light design and set design for drama productions during the academic year, including set/light construction and installation; oversight of productions from dress rehearsals to strike.
- Assist with quarterly faculty directed music concerts, including set up and strike.
- Maintain safety standards for two theaters, including regular inspection and maintenance of lighting and sound equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in theater construction techniques, stage lighting, and theater production. College and/or technical training in theater production and maintenance may substitute for 18 months required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theater or Light Design.
- Set Construction/Carpentry skills.
- Working knowledge of stage management.
- Working knowledge of sound design.
- Knowledge of safety standards.
- Strong communication skills with an ability and desire to work with a diverse student body, and faculty/staff.

Exempt, 50% Time Research Analyst -Title III
Job Responsibilities: Include but not limited to:
- Measuring the effectiveness of activities related to the Title III grant, specifically faculty professional development and guided pathways.
- Designing measures for performance outcomes to assess progress toward achievement of college-wide goals and objectives.
- Conducting surveys, focus groups, and interviews; analyzing results; and reporting findings.
- Designing, implementing, analyzing, and communicating results of qualitative and quantitative research, assessment, and evaluation studies related to institutional quality and improvement, grant requirements, and state/federal compliance.
- Compiling, organizing, and analyzing data, analytics, and information from various sources to support evidence-based decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum one year of experience in qualitative research.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience working in and teaching in a community college setting.
- Experience conducting focus groups and surveys.
- Experience designing, implementing, analyzing, and communicating results of qualitative and quantitative research, assessment, and evaluation studies.
- Experience presenting data findings to non-technical stakeholders and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience measuring the effectiveness of programs or services in an educational setting.
- Ability to contribute to the College commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
