Business Analyst
Location: Langley, WA
Summary
This business analyst position is a key interface between users, systems, and the project manager as they gather information, document processes, and measure success with the users.
Duties Will Include, But Not Necessarily Be Limited To:
- Evaluation business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and technology advancements for process and system optimization and automation.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Meeting with users and stakeholders to gather current and anticipate upcoming process, data, and system needs.
- Documenting and effectively communicating the results of your efforts.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Must have a strong ability to self-manage and prioritize.
- Must be able to work well with other team members and co-workers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Pre-employment and on-going drug screens required.
- Pass background check.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
