Customer Service Representative
Do you have a friendly, positive demeanor? If so, our Customer Service Representative (CSR) position might be the job for you! The Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for telephone and in-person customers. Provides information regarding fixed-route schedules, routing and fares; sells and accounts for fare media; responds to lost and found inquiries and questions regarding other WTA programs and services to the public. Handles ride reservations and requests for paratransit customers. High School degree or equivalent, two years customer service exp., data entry, cash handling and general office exp. required. Must be able to work rotating schedules incl. weekends. Bi-lingual a plus. Starting wage $18.58 per hour plus excellent benefits. Must pass background & credit check. Have or be able to obtain WA Driver's License required. Closes Friday, January 19, 2018.
