Eddy’s Insurance Group is expanding!! We are currently looking for professionals who are outgoing and would like to be part of a growing Agency. We are opening a NEW location in the Lee Summit area at a local dealership and we are looking for good candidates who have strong customer service skills, some sales experience, are willing to work hard to be the best in the Insurance Industry. We offer auto, home, and life insurance. Our team has lead the production in our 9 state region for 3 years straight, offering better compensation in our industry. Job Responsibilities:
· Provide prompt, accurate customer service
· Be a team player and help the agency grow
· Develop good leads, schedule appointments
· Reach sales goals by following up with leads and referrals
· Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial product that will meet their needs
Job Requirements:
· Insurances sales experience (preferred not required)
· Be organized and efficient
· Must be able to multi task
· Must be a Self starter
· Ensure a positive customer experience
· Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus
